Rusty

Rusty specializes in multifamily and commercial value-add projects and asset development and redevelopment. He leads the team in asset acquisition and operations for our passive investors.

​He is always looking for the next project to both provide great returns to his investor partners and a great product for our customers.

Rusty has strategized, planned, designed and implemented projects in excess of $100M individually, and $4B collectively, while building out over 1.5MMSF of new building space. He has been in the real estate and construction, and financial and tax services industries.

When work hours are over, Rusty volunteers as a CASA (Court Assigned Special Advocate) volunteer for kids in the custody of the state, helping to ensure they have a role model and get the time, resources and attention they need. He also enjoys motocross racing, snowboarding, mountain biking, camping and fishing with his wife and three children.

Chandler

Chandler is the Leads and Acquisitions Manager for Properties Elevated and has valuable experience in marketing and lead generation.
​
Additionally, Chandler has managed a team of over 100 members which generated over $3 million in revenue per year. As the student body president for the Facility and Property Management program at Brigham Young University, he is gaining the experience in building lasting relationships with partners and investors and learning more related to his investing pursuits.

Jennica is our rehab planner and designer. With her extensive background in single family and multifamily rehab projects and design, we put that experience to use in every project to maximize its potential.

She grew up in Idaho and loves to plan trips and take her family on countless adventures.
